YOGA the Art of Transformation @ the Asian Art Museum

San Francisco holds over 50 museums in the city, of that 50 I find The Asian Art Museum to be one of the top attractions to visit. Not only for my fond of eastern practices, but It’s one of the largest museums in the western world held particular to Asian culture.
I was so excited to see they have an exclusive exhibit based entirely on Yoga. It was very moving for me, especially after receiving my yoga teacher certification, much was familiar knowledge I had recently learned.
Even though you may not get the chance to view this exhibit, the Asian Art museum itself is impressive. It definitely requires a good 4 hours of your time to walk through if you’re the kind of person who likes to read about all the antiquities.
